If you have any questions about returns, shipping or your purchased product, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The following is our legal policy, but we care about our customers and will go a long way to ensure your hapiness.
How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two-five days of your order, and then take approximately 15-30 days to reach your doorstep. Most times it will be closer to 15 days, but due to the Covid-19 it may take longer.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you should contact us within 14 days with pictures and description of any damage or reason for your dissatisfaction for a refund or credit of the purchase price. All returned products must be in its original condition and packaging, otherwise your return request may be denied, or additional charges may apply. Furthermore, we cannot take returns of products that have already been assembled or modified.

If you decide to cancel your order, it must be cancelled within 24 hours. The order cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped. Since we work with various manufacturers, please note that we do not accept customer remorse returns. Some manufacturers may accept a return and charge a restock fee + return shipping, but please contact us at email@example.com before completing your order if you have any doubts or concerns regarding a product.
